Simply put, TecSol Incorporated is a computer consulting and professional placement firm whose expertise focuses in three areas: Information Technology, Management and Engineering Services. Established in 1991, TecSol Inc. was formed to fill a void in the consulting industry. We believe that when profit motive alone is the driving force in a company, some standards may fall, morale suffers, and consequently profits are adversely affected. By contrast, we have found that by concentrating on excellent service to our consultants and our customers, the business was built on a more solid foundation.

In an ever-changing and highly competitive market, we have become a leader in providing consulting and placement services by maintaining the highest possible standards, both in the technical expertise and personal ethics of our firm and employees.

The ability for your Information Systems Department to meet and improve established levels of performance, reliability and availability is fast becoming the measure of your success or failure. At TecSol Inc., your problem is our problem. TecSol staffs experts in system software design, application developers, database administrators and programmers, as well as technically qualified liaisons/support individuals. We're ready to augment your staff with a "whatever it takes attitude".

You may feel free to offer employment to our consultants at anytime. After our minimum contract length of six (6) months is met, no hiring fee is imposed. If your requirements mandate full time employment immediately, the nominal 20% finders' fee applies.

In addition to canvassing references and technical evaluations, we have complete background checks performed on all employees, including criminal, automobile registration and if applicable, credit.

To meet the ever-changing technology in today's society, TecSol offers an education allowance of $1,500 for employee training consistent with the customer's needs.
