Service Fees
- Direct placement of I.T. Personnel is 20% of candidate's first years salary.
- Management level placements are 25% of candidate's first years salary.
- Consultants are billed at an hourly rate that varies with expertise. No placement
fees to hire consultants after minimum six month contract is met. Sliding fee scale
applies prior to six months. See Below.
Timing Of Offer To TecSol's Employees and percentage of Fees Assessed
During the 1st 30 days of contract - 100%
From the 31st through the 60th day of contract - 85%
From the 61st through the 90th day of contract - 70%
From the 91st through the 120th day of contract - 55%
From the 121st through the 150th day of contract - 40%
From the 151st through the 180th day of contract - 25%
After the 180th day assigned to contract, no fee shall be due - 0%
