"I have had business dealings with Mary Kalnas, and her company, TecSol Incorporated,
over a two year span and involving two companies. While at Mellon Equity Associates,
I was a project leader for our Y2K project. We needed senior-level programmer/analysts
with special skill sets for our effort. Mary was very diligent in ensuring she provided
me with just the right candidates. She supplied a resume and written references within
a few days of our initial contact. She also set up an interview with the candidate so
we could compare him with candidates from another consulting firm. We decided to
choose Mary's candidate and found him to be a good fit. The consultant just completed
his assignment, which lasted 1 1/2 years until the conclusion of the project.
My second business dealing with Mary involves my present company, American Eagle
Outfitters (AEO). Mary provided us with a full time Technical Writer and EDI
Coordinator. In addition, she was very proactive in presenting a number of programmer
consultants to us for consideration."
